Calling upon the youth to take the industry to new heights in Odisha
Bhubaneswar. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) shows the way the dreams of startup exporters from Odisha. For this an one week Management Development Program in Exports was organized under the joint aegis of MSME-Development and Facilitation Office (DFO), Cuttack and District Industries Centre, Bhubaneswar and FIEO, Bhubaneswar. During the event organized from December 12-16, FIEO Odisha Head Kamal Kant Sahoo, FPO Incharge, Bhubaneswar Rajendra Mohapatra, DEPM Bhubaneswar, ECGC Bhubaneswar, Assistant Commissioner of Customs, MSME Assistant Director Cuttack, SK Sahoo, Sanjeev Mohapatra of Terrablock Bhubaneswar , MSME-DFO Cuttack Assistant Director Dr. Shiva Nand Nayak, Export Consultant Bhubaneshwar Rajen Padhi, Officials of MPEDA Bhubaneshwar, Retired EPICOL LK Palta Singh, SBI LHO, AAI Bhubaneshwar officials shared their experiences with the participants in various sessions. Inspired to move forward by sharing. Around 30 participants from across the state participated in this programme. These participants were awarded certificates on Friday in the auditorium of MSME-Development and Facilitation Office at Vikas Sadan, Cuttack.
PK Gupta, Joint Director, MSME-DFO Cuttack was present as the chief guest in the opening and closing ceremony of the programme. MSME-DFO Cuttack Assistant Director DC Mishra, IES SN Dash and Assistant Director Subhash Kumar Sahu were also present at the closing ceremony.
The program started with welcoming the guests. In the closing ceremony, the participants shared their experiences and called such an event very necessary in future, so that the start-up youth can get information. DC Mishra, Assistant Director, MSME-DFO Cuttack, took over the responsibilities of the arrangements for organizing the event.
MSME-DFO was highly praised
In the closing ceremony, the participants highly appreciated the working style of MSME-DFO and the friendly behavior of the officers. The problems of many young entrepreneurs were also resolved immediately in the closing ceremony itself. Resolved issues with obtaining Zed certificates that are available online. Along with this, the schemes being run by the state and central government were told.
